The basics
1Find a throne
Open the map to see thrones near you. Tap a pin for directions, photos, tags like ♿ Accessible and when it was last checked. Find Near Me, Find Nearest and the filters (Accessible only, Verified recently, distance) narrow it down.
2Drop a pin
Found one that isn't on the map? Tap the 🚽 button, line up the crosshair on the unit and tap Confirm Location. Pick 👍 Throne Worthy or 👎 Dethrone, then Drop This Pin. No account needed.
3Add a photo
Snap a photo while you drop the pin so the next Thronee knows exactly which unit to walk up to. It's optional, but it helps a lot.
4Catch creatures
Dropping a pin or tapping Still Here can turn up a creature. Most are common, a few legendaries are really rare. Track yours in your Collection and see them all on the Creatures page.
Keeping the map honest
Porta-johns get moved and restrooms close. So every pin shows how fresh it is, and Thronees confirm it or clear it.
🎨 Color = freshness
Green: dropped or confirmed in the last 7 days.
Orange, slightly faded: last checked 7–14 days ago.
Gold: a sponsored pin from a local business.
✅ Still Here
Walked past and it's still there? Open the pin and tap Still Here. That updates its "last verified" time and turns it green again, so the next person knows it's fresh.
❌ It's Gone
Unit missing? Tap It's Gone. Once 3 different people say it's gone, the pin comes off the map. Not sure? ⚠ Looks gone warns others to double-check, and 🚩 Report is for a wrong spot or a unit that doesn't exist.
⏳ 14-day refresh
Regular pins come off the map 14 days after they're dropped, even if they've been confirmed, so old ghost units never pile up. Still there? Drop a fresh pin. Sponsored pins stay up for the time the business paid for.
